AMY'S FAVORITE KOMBUCHA SMOOTHIE

1/2 Banana

1/2 C. frozen berries

1/4 C. plain or vanilla yogurt

2 T. chia seeds (optional)

2 ice cubes

8 - 10 oz. kombucha (any flavor works)

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. If you like it thicker, use less kombucha.  

This makes the perfect breakfast on the go or afternoon snack.  It's loaded with nutrition that will keep you fueled up!  *Hint:  if you are trying to sneak healthy options into picky eaters diets, this one is for you!
